These Services are operated and provided by NAVA Smart Rings ("NAVA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you may not access or use the Services.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

14. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The NAVA Ring is a sensitive electronic device. Do not attempt to disassemble it or tamper with its internal components. The built-in battery is not replaceable and any attempt to do so may result in damage or safety hazards. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents which may harm the ring’s exterior or sensors.

Only charge the ring when it is completely dry. If you notice unusual heating during charging, disconnect the ring immediately. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or cold—such as in saunas, steam rooms, or under LED manicure lamps—should be avoided, as well as placing the ring in dishwashers, washing machines, or dryers. Exposure to fire or excessive heat may lead to battery rupture.

If the ring becomes deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately. The structural integrity is essential for safe operation. Additionally, the ring may contain small components and should be kept away from children to prevent choking hazards.

Users with pre-existing medical conditions, such as circulatory disorders, dermatological sensitivities, or heart-related conditions, should consult a physician before using the ring. Likewise, those who are pregnant or have medical implants are advised to seek medical guidance. In cases of skin irritation, redness, or other symptoms, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. The ring should fit snugly but not tightly—ensure it does not restrict blood flow.

The user is solely responsible for selecting the correct ring size. We caution against wearing a ring that is too small for your finger, as it may interfere with circulation or cause injury. NAVA shall not be liable for any bodily harm, injury, or other damages resulting from use of a ring that does not fit properly.

15. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAVA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. TERMINATION These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
