Refund and Return Policy – Nava Ring
Thank you for choosing Nava Smart Rings, where health meets design in a smart, stylish way. We are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be completely unused.
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, including the sealed plastic wrap.
- The item must be returned with the original order confirmation or packing slip.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Ring Size Exchange
A size exchange may be made only once, and only if the customer has completed sizing using NAVA’s official personal sizing kit (whether as part of an online purchase or at a store location where the rings are displayed). The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the ring. For clarity, sizing using an in-store sizing station alone does not qualify as using the official personal sizing kit.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The ring must be new and unused.

The packaging and all included accessories must be kept intact.

To request an exchange, contact Customer Service and clearly state the desired ring size. Color changes are not permitted – size only.
Once the request is approved by our support team, the ring must be shipped to the company’s address. As soon as we receive the ring and confirm it is in perfect condition, a new ring in the requested size will be sent to you.
Return shipping costs (both ways) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note – only one size exchange is allowed per order. Rings that have been worn or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us
Email our support team at support@navaring.com to initiate your return request. -
Return Authorization (RA)
Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for return. -
Package Securely
Return the item in its original, unopened packaging. Include any accessories and the original packing slip. -
Label with RA Number
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. -
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Products that have been opened or show signs of use.
- Items returned without original packaging or seal.
- Gifts or promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@navaring.com with photos and a description of the issue.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
