Monitor oxygen levels automatically during sleep or manually during the day. Drops in SpO₂ may signal breathing issues, fatigue, or poor recovery.

Finger Temperture Variation

Nightly skin temperature helps detect infections, stress, or hormonal changes. It also supports future menstrual tracking, using long-term trends for accurate phase prediction.

ECG
