The NAVA Smart Ring is a wearable wellness device designed to quietly connect health, daily routines, and the moments that shape everyday life. It continuously tracks key physiological signals such as heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen (SpO₂), sleep, activity, and body temperature trends, transforming them into intelligent, personalized insights through the NAVA ring app.
NAVA offers AI advisors, ECG measurement (NAVA Pro), live sharing, heart rate and resting heart rate monitoring, HRV (Heart Rate Variability), detailed sleep insights including stages, duration, quality, efficiency, and latency, as well as daily activity and movement trends such as steps, calories, and distance with both automatic and manual tracking. It also tracks finger temperature trends, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and respiratory rate, daily stress and recovery, and includes syncing of calendar events and location data, AI-powered meal tracking, and tagging of personal feelings and events. Mindfulness training with insights, and data report generation. Coming soon: blood pressure monitoring (Beta), glucose level risk estimation (NAVA Pro), and menstrual cycle tracking.
NAVA Rings are available in US sizes 6-13. However, due to the ring’s internal sensors, the fit may differ slightly from standard fashion rings. We strongly recommend ordering the NAVA Sizing Kit for the most accurate fit. Wear the sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including during sleep, as finger size changes throughout the day. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a comfortable fit.
You can wear the NAVA Ring on any finger of either hand. For the best sensor signal quality, we recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger. These fingers typically have larger blood vessels, supporting more accurate PPG (photoplethysmogram) measurements.
No. The NAVA Ring is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. It is designed for wellness and health awareness only.
Unlike a smartwatch, a smart ring is worn where measurement is more stable and is designed to disappear into everyday life. It offers continuous health and wellness tracking without screens, alerts, or bulky hardware, delivering powerful insights without distractions. The NAVA Smart Ring focuses on what matters long-term, including sleep, recovery, daily balance, and trends over time, making it ideal for people who want meaningful insights without constant notifications.
Live Sharing allows you to securely share selected health insights with people you trust, such as family members. For parents and adult children, it offers peace of mind without being invasive. Parents can feel supported knowing someone they love can stay informed, while children gain reassurance by staying gently connected to their parents’ well-being. Live Sharing is fully optional, private, and controlled by the user, making it a thoughtful and meaningful way to stay connected through health rather than constant check-ins.
The ring is coated with a high-quality protective layer (DLC or PVD coating, depending on the finish) to enhance resistance to scratches. However, some activities may still result in wearover time. To help protect your ring, we recommend wearing it on your non-dominant hand, avoiding other rings on the same finger, removing it during heavy or high-friction activities (such as weightlifting, rock climbing, or manual work), and considering the purchase of our silicone protective cover for extra durability.
The NAVA Ring is water-resistant up to 50 meters. You can wear it while showering, swimming, or during recreational water activities (like snorkeling).
Avoid prolonged immersion for many continuous hours whenever possible to preserve battery life and sensor integrity.
Operating temperature: approx. -10°C to +52°C. Extended exposure to temperatures below -20°C or above +60°C may damage the battery or electronics.
The NAVA Ring is designed for adult use and is not recommended for users under 18 years of age without the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
On average, a fully charged NAVA Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage, sensor activity, and app settings. Actual battery performance varies based on factors such as how often you sync and connect via Bluetooth, whether you use advanced features, the ring’s size and firmware version, and environmental conditions like temperature and storage. We recommend charging your ring regularly to ensure consistent data collection and avoid complete discharge.
A full charge typically takes between 20–80 minutes, depending on the starting battery level. The charging indicator light on the dock will signal the charging status.
Place the ring on the charging dock with the sensors facing down toward the base. Ensure it is seated properly to make contact with the charging pins.
Tip: If the ring is difficult to remove, gently slide a flat, non-sharp object (like a credit card) under the edge to lift it off the dock.
The app is available for iPhone and Android devices with a Bluetooth connection.
No. The ring continues to collect and store data for up to 7 days even when Bluetooth is disabled or your phone is in airplane mode. Your data will automatically sync the next time Bluetooth is turned on and the ring is connected to the app.
Yes. You can integrate your NAVA Ring data with Apple Health and Google Health Connect. Additional integrations will be introduced in the future.
Firmware updates install automatically when your ring syncs with the NAVA app. App updates are available through the App Store or Google Play. We recommend always using the latest versions for optimal performance.
Yes. When you connect your ring to your mobile device over Bluetooth, it will synchronize to the device’s current time zone.
If you travel frequently, ensure your phone is set to update time zones automatically and that Bluetooth is enabled during sync.
