Choosing the correct ring size is the most important step to ensure comfort and accuracy in tracking. 

Choosing the Finger

Select the finger where you plan to wear your NAVA ring. The right choice is essential for comfort and functionality. We recommend wearing the ring on one of the following fingers: Index finger, Middle finger, Ring finger.

Using the NAVA Sizing Kit 

This option is available only to customers who have purchased a ring, or who wish to order the sizing kit separately. The kit is shipped to your home and includes everything you need to measure your ring size accurately.

1. Select different sizing rings from the kit and place them on your chosen finger.

2. Keep the sizing ring on your finger for at least 24 hours, including during sleep, to ensure comfort throughout the day and night.

3. Choose the ring that feels secure but not tight, and comfortable for continuous wear. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size for best performance and accuracy. You can compare it to our Size chart.

Submitting Your Size

If you have already placed an order, simply scan the QR code on the sizing kit package or click here, and log in using the email address used for your purchase. From there, you can update your order and select your preferred ring size.
