Getting Started
What’s included with my NAVA Ring?
Each NAVA Ring package includes one NAVA Smart Ring, a charging dock, and a USB Type-C cable. To charge the ring, simply connect the cable to any standard USB power adapter or powered USB port. Please note that a wall adapter is not included.
Sizing and Fit
How do I determine my NAVA Ring size?
You can easily find your size by ordering our NAVA sizing kit with plastic sizers, measuring your finger circumference with a tape measure and comparing it to our online sizing chart, or using our AI-powered online sizing tool for instant recommendations. For the most accurate results, we recommend wearing a sizing ring for at least 24 hours—including during sleep—before finalizing your choice. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a secure fit.
Which finger should I wear the NAVA Ring on?
You can wear the NAVA Ring on any finger of either hand. For the best sensor signal quality, we recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger. These fingers typically have larger blood vessels, supporting more accurate PPG (photoplethysmogram) measurements.
How should I wear the ring?
Position the ring so that the sensors face the inner side of your finger (toward the palm). The ring should fit snugly but not feel tight or restrictive. When making a fist, there should be no visible gaps between the ring and your finger.
Can I wear more than one NAVA Ring at the same time?
No. The NAVA app supports connecting only one ring per user account. If you own multiple rings, make sure only your primary ring is paired and connected.
Wearing and Usage
Can I wear the ring only at night?
Yes, you can choose to wear the ring only during sleep. However, wearing it exclusively at night means you may miss important data on daily activity, stress patterns, and readiness. For the most complete and personalized insights, we recommend wearing your NAVA Ring 24/7.
Is the NAVA Ring scratch-resistant?
The ring is coated with a high-quality protective layer (DLC or PVD coating, depending on the finish) to enhance resistance to scratches. However, some activities may still result in wearover time. To help protect your ring, we recommend wearing it on your non-dominant hand, avoiding other rings on the same finger, removing it during heavy or high-friction activities (such as weightlifting, rock climbing, or manual work), and considering the purchase of our silicone protective cover for extra durability.
Can I wear my ring in pools, saunas, or ice baths?
Yes. The NAVA Ring is water-resistant up to 50 meters. You can wear it while showering, swimming, or during recreational water activities (like snorkeling).
Avoid prolonged immersion for many continuous hours whenever possible to preserve battery life and sensor integrity.
Operating temperature: approx. -10°C to +52°C. Extended exposure to temperatures below -20°C or above +60°C may damage the battery or electronics.
Can my child use the NAVA Ring?
The NAVA Ring is designed for adult use and is not recommended for users under 18 years of age without the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Battery and Charging
How long does the NAVA Ring battery last?
On average, a fully charged NAVA Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage, sensor activity, and app settings. Actual battery performance varies based on factors such as how often you sync and connect via Bluetooth, whether you use advanced features like continuous SpO2 monitoring, the ring’s size and firmware version, and environmental conditions like temperature and storage. We recommend charging your ring regularly to ensure consistent data collection and avoid complete discharge.
How long does it take to charge the NAVA Ring?
A full charge typically takes between 20–80 minutes, depending on the starting battery level. The charging indicator light on the dock will signal the charging status.
How should I place the ring on the charger?
Place the ring on the charging dock with the sensors facing down toward the base. Ensure it is seated properly to make contact with the charging pins.
Tip: If the ring is difficult to remove, gently slide a flat, non-sharp object (like a credit card) under the edge to lift it off the dock.
Compatibility and Connectivity
Which devices and operating systems are compatible?
The app is available for iPhone and Android devices with a Bluetooth connection.
Do I need Bluetooth enabled at all times?
No. The ring continues to collect and store data for up to 7 days even when Bluetooth is disabled or your phone is in airplane mode. Your data will automatically sync the next time Bluetooth is turned on and the ring is connected to the app.
Can the NAVA Ring sync with other health apps?
Yes. You can integrate your NAVA Ring data with Apple Health. Additional integrations will be introduced in the future.
How do I update firmware and the app?
Firmware updates install automatically when your ring syncs with the NAVA app. App updates are available through the App Store or Google Play. We recommend always using the latest versions for optimal performance.
Does the NAVA Ring adjust to time zone changes?
Yes. When you connect your ring to your mobile device over Bluetooth, it will synchronize to the device’s current time zone.
If you travel frequently, ensure your phone is set to update time zones automatically and that Bluetooth is enabled during sync.

Returns and Exchanges
How can I return or exchange a ring?
You can return your ring within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original unopened packaging. If you ordered the wrong size, you are eligible for a one-time exchange under the same conditions. All return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What does the NAVA Ring measure?
The ring provides comprehensive insights into your wellness, including:

How accurate is the NAVA Ring?
The NAVA Ring’s sensors have been validated against reference medical equipment and comply with CE, FCC, and IC certifications. In testing, the ring showed ~98% accuracy compared to an FDA-approved device, with an RMS deviation of 2.78 bpm for heart rate and 1.91% for SpO₂. The ECG algorithm is based on technology that has independently received FDA approval. While the ring is in advanced preparation for FDA Class II clearance, we recommend tracking your trends over time within the NAVA app for the most meaningful insights.
Can the NAVA Ring detect medical conditions?
No. The NAVA Ring is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your medication, diet, or exercise based on ring data.
Privacy and Data Security
How do you handle my data?
Your data is securely stored on AWS servers in Israel and used to provide personalized insights, order fulfillment, and support.
We never sell your personal information to third parties. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the app or by contacting our support team.
Safety Information
Is the ring safe for everyone?
People with circulatory issues, skin sensitivities, pacemakers, or who are pregnant should consult their doctor before using the ring. If you experience irritation ordiscomfort, remove the ring and seek medical advice.
Ensure your ring fits properly—snug but not tight—to avoid interfering with circulation.
Warranty and Support
Does the ring have a warranty?
Yes. NAVA offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from improper use or incorrect sizing is not covered.
